Esmeralda "Amy" Simpson

Consultant

Amy is the Panhandle's only Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been the director of two organizations specializing in Autism treatment/therapy and has served on multiple boards of directors helping individuals with intellectual disabilities. In addition, she has consulted with multiple school districts, boards of directors, other organizations and clients, improving outcomes across a number of healthcare and education environments. She believes that any person can excel under the right conditions and the right environment. Her education includes a Master's Degree and a Graduate Certificate and has attended multiple schools including WTAMU, UTA and UNT.

Joseph "Joe" Simpson

Consultant

Joe possesses experience in senior executive and board of director positions as well as publishing in premier management journals. He consistently presents the findings of his research at elite national management conferences. He teaches strategy, data analytics, management, research methods, and innovation processes. His experience includes general management, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and security. He enjoys statistical and data analysis with programs including Stata, R, and Python. His approach to consulting and management are primarily evidence based, but with a personal touch. His education includes multiple graduate degrees and has attended schools including Stanford and Texas A&M.
